Stephanie has been with Christensen Law for 11 years, starting as a litigation paralegal and one of the original team when the firm launched. In her current role as Director of Operations, she is focused on maximizing the functionality of the organization, from managing legal and non-legal support and administrative personnel to ensuring that all systems and team members work efficiently and collaboratively to achieve the firm’s objectives.
Stephanie works closely with the Managing Attorney on the development of case management from presuit through closing, implementing and optimizing procedures for client intake and litigation support, and ensuring that cases are properly evaluated and assigned to the appropriate legal teams. This involves managing the implementation and maintenance of case-related systems and software, legal research tools, and document management systems to enhance the firm’s efficiency and productivity.
As a key member of the firm’s Leadership Team, she contributes to strategic decision-making, providing insight on operational improvements, resource allocation, and long-term planning to ensure the firm’s growth, stability, and the continued provision of compassionate client care. “I love that my job grants me the ability to help people who are faced with a very trying time in their lives. We all work as a team and always have our clients’ best interests in mind.”
Stephanie and her husband live in New Baltimore with their two young daughters and two german shepard dogs. She enjoys dance, boxing, spin class, and boating on the lake in the summer.
