Tom’s webinar will discuss how to effectively incorporate expert witness testimony to maintain the integrity and control of your case “story.” His presentation will cover the general use of experts, but will primarily focus on weaving expert testimony into your story, using the expert to convey complex subject matter in an understandable way, incorporating metaphors and visuals within the expert testimony, and cross examining the opponent’s expert to enhance your story.
