Onya joined the CLAW team in early 2023, and is central to the sucess of our Intake and Pre-Suit Department. Supporting the efficient and timely delivery of all pre-litigation tasks and work products of the department, she assists the Department Manager and Intake Attorney with the comprehensive investigation and work-up of every case that originates within the department, preparing each for settlement and/or progression to litigation, and working effectively and to plan within multiple software programs.
Onya liaises directly with clients and institutional organizations on a daily basis to ensure the swift progression of cases through the department, and that all client enquiries are handled responsively and with her own warm, personal touch.
