Nancy joined the firm in 2022, bringing a career of customer service, sales, and business development experience to our intake team.
With a background in the legal field as well as 5-star hospitality and consumer goods, Nancy has a thorough understanding of the customer journey and sales processes and is adept at ensuring every potential and new client interaction is handled with the attention to care, genuine compassion, and responsiveness that is a hallmark of our client service commitment.
On the frontline of the intake department, she processes leads and assists with client onboarding as well as providing case assistance for those that do not proceed to litigation. Her priority, above all else, is ensuring every person who reaches out to the firm is met with kindness and respect. Taking a page from her training in luxury hospitality, she is focused on delivering a memorable and exceptional client experience. She is responsible for ensuring the end-to-end intake/presuit customer journey is aligned with our values, purpose, and brand promise.
Outside the office, Nancy spends quality time with her family and friends in the Dearborn area. A keen chef, she regularly treats the CLAW team to her baking delights – which are always welcome.
