In August of 2022, Julie joined CLAW to manage our intake department. Her day-to-day focus is on building connections with potential new clients, assessing their legal concerns, and onboarding those with cases in which we can assist, as well as ensuring the department is operating effectively and delivering on our promise of excellence in legal representation and client service.
She works closely with the attorney team to ensure all new clients and their cases are properly setup and case investigations are proceeding in a timely manner, from initial consultation through presuit workup and handover to litigation if warranted. An adept multitasker, Julie also manages our outbound referral program, building connections with partnering firms and monitoring the progress of cases they retain.
A business owner herself, Julie has extensive experience in managing QA/QC programs, customer service, product development, and client care. Her critical decision-making skills and investigative analysis background serve our clients well in delivering a comprehensive workup to ready their cases for litigation or settlement.
Julie, her husband, and three young children live in upstate Michigan, where they enjoy all the outdoor activities the area provides.
