With more than a decade of plaintiff-side litigation experience, Jacob supports the partners’ trial team on high-stakes catastrophic injury matters with equal parts precision and calm follow-through. A strong writer who enjoys the technical side of trial prep, he’s known for turning complex details into clear, persuasive drafting combined with meticulous case work including case evaluations and demand writing, discovery responses, and developing the pleadings and motion support to build compelling cases.
Jacob brings a steady, client-centered approach to his work, managing sensitive concerns, keeping fast-moving calendars on track, and ensuring the legal team stays organized and trial-ready. Jacob earned an ABA-approved AAS in Paralegal Studies from Oakland Community College (Dean’s List, Cum Laude, 2014), with specialty studies in legal research, litigation, business law, real estate, and trial preparation.
He and his wife share a home with three cats, and a love of gaming, ethnic cuisine, and travel. A long-time D&D Dungeon Master, Jacob also enjoys fantasy and sci-fi literature, vegetable gardening, kayaking, and international travel, with plans for a return tour of the British Isles and further afield to the far east in the year ahead.
