Cre brings a people-first approach to every case. A natural relationship builder and confident communicator, she meets clients where they are most comfortable – listening with patience, explaining next steps in plain language, and keeping cases moving with care and precision.

An extensive background in customer and civil service and experience as a tax legal assistant provides her with a strong foundation in complex systems and managing documents, deadlines, and client requests with empathy and grace. Today at Christensen Law, she applies those skills as a Legal Case Manager to support injured clients and their families from intake handover through resolution. Known for being people-oriented, adaptable, and supportive, her open communication keeps teams aligned and clients informed.

Detroit born, she attended Davenport University and Oakland Community College. She was accepted at NYU but decided to join the workforce and continue her community service at local shelters and children’s charities. A busy mom with a house full of 4 kids, a demanding Havanese, and her husband, she enjoys making dinner every night – although she loves the chance to dine out and go to shows, especially stand-up comedy gigs. Personal goals include her paralegal certification and traveling to Italy one day.

“Every client deserves to feel heard and helped. My goal is to make a challenging moment easier, and to deliver on every promise we make.”
