Brittany joined CLAW in January of 2023 as an associate paralegal in litigation and has recently joined our presuit/intake team to onboard and process new cases.
An integral part of the intake team, Brittany supports the efficient and timely delivery of all pre-litigation tasks and work products of the department. She is involved in comprehensive investigation and work-up of cases, preparing them for settlement and/or progression to litigation, which includes extensive client and institutional interaction to secure documentation and keep clients informed of their progress.
Brittany is involved with the St. Thomas Chaldean Catholic Church, where, as a long-time volunteer, she has led youth group activities and participated in charitable drives to support needy communities. Surrounded by a family of attorneys, she has a keen interest in the law and is considering further education and possibly a medical malpractice specialty where she can advocate for those who need help. In 2023, she launched her own business to provide bridal and special event beauty services in the West Bloomfield area.
