Adonica joined the firm in 2024 as a paralegal with four years of experience in the legal field, specializing in personal injury and estate planning law. She excels in case management, document preparation, and client support, managing and scheduling cases with meticulous attention to detail in both circuit and federal courts.

A key strength is her proficiency in preparing and drafting various court documents, including motions, discovery documents, complaints, case evaluations, and summaries. Her versatility in document preparation makes her an invaluable asset to her litigation team, and her natural empathy provides a compassionate foundation for client communication and support, an aspect of the job that she particularly enjoys.

Before her legal career, Adonica served as a Director of Operations. This role endowed her with exceptional time management, contract and document management skills, and a strong understanding of legal compliance. These skills have seamlessly translated into her paralegal responsibilities, allowing her to handle the demanding schedules and deadlines inherent in providing exceptional service to our clients.

When not at work, Adonica enjoys spending time with the family, outdoor activities, and, as a foodie at heart, trying out worldwide cuisines. A musician herself and lover of all genres of music, she enjoys the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and attending her husband’s jazz performances throughout the state.
