Jeremy brings over 20 years of legal experience to Christensen Law, and heads up the legal professional team within our Intake Department.

While his career focus has largely been representing injured people in auto accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and employment and labor claims, he also has extensive experience working as in-house counsel for several corporations and acting as a facilitator and arbitrator to resolve cases. Jeremy has also served in legal management roles for two law firms and represented several multi-state financial and insurance companies.

His approach is factual and direct, balanced with patience and compassion for our clients; “I just want to help people, quite simply.”  As a presuit attorney, he provides clients with legal advice and manages cases from inception through settlement or in preparation for litigation. Here at CLAW, Jeremy has been deeply involved in the motorycle sector, representing us at events and participating in community efforts. A bike rider himself, he understands not only the nuances of the law as it pertains to bikers, but also the challenges motorcyclists face while on the road and when pursuing a case.

Jeremy received his Bachelor’s Degree, with honors, from Michigan State University in 1997, majoring in Criminal Justice. He then earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from Michigan State University College of Law in 2000, graduating Magna Cum Laude and achieving the Dean’s List every year for academic excellence.

He currently spends his downtime enjoying the lakes, hiking, and skiing of Northern Michigan.
