This role is ideal for a proactive professional with 5–6 years of experience who thrives on storytelling, brand design, and community engagement. LITIGATION PARALEGAL
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys in delivering exceptional client service and case results. In this role, you will be responsible for managing case files, drafting and reviewing legal documents, coordinating discovery, and maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure they are informed throughout the litigation process. You’ll play a key role in trial preparation by gathering records, summarizing depositions, and organizing exhibits, while also handling PIP-related submissions and settlement materials. The ideal candidate is highly organized, deadline-driven, and proficient in legal research, FileVine or similar case management systems, and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, discretion, and client service skills are essential to success in this fast-paced environment.
