We are thrilled to celebrate the 4-year anniversary of Legal Assistant Lakecha (“Kecha”) Hayes joining the CLAW team!
An extremely hard-working and fun-loving single mom of 2 active boys, Kecha tackles her work-life balance with a special brand of humor that we all love and appreciate. We can always count on her for a smile in any situation.
Kecha brings 13 years of legal experience to her team, which includes attorney Tom Economy and paralegal Stacey Schoenfeld. “Kecha is at the helm of a busy practice,” says founder Dave Christensen. Her role requires her to not only keep the team on track with case scheduling, document production, and court filings, but she also interacts with clients, courts, and opposing counsel’s offices.
Kecha’s heart of gold is manifest in her work supporting her Detroit community. During the recent holiday season, she headed up an effort to provide homeless veterans with blankets, clothes, and other necessary items. Participating in charitable efforts as a family, she believes, will help teach her boys to be grateful for what they have.
