As an Intake Specialist, Ashley is often the first person a potential client speaks with – and she approaches every conversation with patience, clarity, and care. She is known for staying calm under pressure, asking the right questions, and helping people feel heard while gathering the details needed to move a case forward.
Before joining Christensen Law, Ashley built her career in member and provider support, assisting people through complex coverage and claims questions and addressing sensitive concerns with professionalism and empathy. In her role at Blue Care Network, she educated members, providers, and beneficiaries on policies and procedures, handled benefit eligibility and claims inquiries, and supported grievances and quality-of-care concerns, relying on “sources of truth” resources to ensure accurate guidance. She also served as an Interim Unit Leader, coaching customer service teams, tracking quality and misquotes, analyzing trends to improve consistent communication, and stepping in to resolve expedited and escalated calls when next-level support was needed.
Ashley brings that same steady, service-first mindset to intake – helping clients understand next steps, capturing all information accurately, and ensuring a compassionate, respectful experience from the very first call.
